Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services provided by FOCUSSTUDIO360 FOR COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHS PRODUCTION (“Focus Studio 360”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By purchasing any service, virtual tour, photography, videography, Matterport scan, digital twin, floor plan, visualization, or related deliverable, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
1. General Policy
All sales are final.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- No refunds shall be provided.
- No partial refunds shall be provided.
- No credits shall be issued.
- No exchanges shall be provided.
- No refunds shall be available for unused services, completed work, partially completed work, hosted content, delivered content, or downloaded content.
2. Client Cancellation
If a client cancels a project, booking, appointment, property visit, or service request after payment has been made:
- No refund shall be issued.
- No credit shall be issued.
- No compensation shall be provided.
This applies regardless of whether work has commenced.
3. Property Access Issues
The client is solely responsible for ensuring access to the property.
If access is denied, restricted, delayed, unavailable, or prevented due to:
- Property owner
- Tenant
- Building management
- Community management
- Security personnel
- Developer restrictions
- Incorrect access information
- Any third party
No refund shall be provided.
At the sole discretion of Focus Studio 360, the appointment may be rescheduled.
A rescheduling fee of AED 100 may apply.
4. Off-Plan Virtual Tours
Off-plan virtual tours are digital products licensed for marketing purposes.
Due to the nature of digital content:
- No refunds shall be provided after purchase.
- No refunds shall be provided after access is granted.
- No refunds shall be provided after delivery.
- No refunds shall be provided based on project performance, lead generation results, property sales outcomes, or marketing outcomes.
5. Photography, Videography, Matterport & Related Services
Once a project has been scheduled, performed, delivered, processed, edited, hosted, or otherwise worked upon, no refund shall be available.
6. Hosting Fees
Hosting fees, subscription fees, renewal fees, and hosting-related charges are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Virtual tour hosting
- Matterport hosting
- Digital twin hosting
- Additional hosting periods
- Extended hosting packages
7. Third-Party Service Interruptions
Focus Studio 360 shall not be responsible for interruptions, outages, failures, or downtime caused by third-party providers.
Such events do not create any entitlement to refunds, compensation, credits, or damages.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
Any refund, credit, or goodwill adjustment shall be granted solely at the discretion of Focus Studio 360.
Nothing in this Policy obligates Focus Studio 360 to provide a refund under any circumstance.
9. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Focus Studio 360’s liability exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
11. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
